‘Historia Cathedralis’ exhibition – 8 October to 20 November 2026

In 2026, the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula is celebrating 800 years of Gothic architecture. An ambitious programme has been drawn up, featuring cultural and festive activities throughout the year to highlight the various facets of this emblematic Brussels building.

The Historia Cathedralis exhibition fits in with this anniversary year. It displays reproductions of a selection of rare and mostly unpublished works and archival documents from the collections of the Royal Library (KBR), the Brussels City Museum, the church of St. Martin in Moorsel and the Society of the Bollandists.
