20/10/2026 – 15:00hrs concert Ars Nova Sacra from Hungary

The Ars Nova Sacra vocal ensemble was founded in 2005 under the direction of doctors Dénes Répássy and Gábor Répássy. Its origins date back to the 1980s, when a group of singers came together to perform Guillaume de Machaut’s *Messe de Nostre Dame*, a work little known in Hungary. Ars Nova Sacra presents a programme dedicated to the musical world of a Hungarian chamber choir. The word ‘Sacra’ refers to the prominence of sacred music in the repertoire.
