Opening and Organ Improvisations: Martin Mans and Martin Zonnenberg often open the programme together or as soloists, performing monumental arrangements and improvisations on the main organ. They play solo, take turns, or play four-handed.<br \/><br \/><br>2. Performances by the Urker Mans Formatie: Under the direction of Martin Mans, this twelve-member male ensemble performs a mix of subdued and powerful sacred songs, often accompanied by Martin Zonnenberg on the organ or piano.<br>3. Mass Sing-along: A large part of the afternoon is set aside for communal singing. One of the organists provides close guidance to the audience to fill the church or cathedral completely with sound.<br \/>4. Moment of reflection: In between, there is often a brief word of connection or reflection, for example by a travelling minister (such as Rev.
